Learn about the rules you will need to observe when visiting and staying at Glendale Farm

Observing our rules ensures all farm visitors enjoy the outdoors.

Report disturbances to the farm host; they are trained to help you resolve issues and concerns.

All Washington state laws are enforced on Glendale Farm.

Farm hours

Farm hours vary depending on weather and season. From May 15th -October 1st our Farmstand is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

However, all day-use areas including trails close at dusk to the general public. Campers may enter campsites from 1 p.m. until 11 p.m.  

Campground rules

Campground check-in begins at 1:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.

Campsites cannot be held for someone who might arrive later.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., unless otherwise noted. Engine-driven electric generators may be operated between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

From April 1 - Sept. 30, the maximum length of stay for the entire camping party at any one campsite is 10 days. From Oct. 1 - March 31, the maximum stay for the entire camping party is 20 days.

One camping party is allowed per site, with a maximum of 5 people. Each additional person is 15$ up to a maximum of 3

Please respect burn bans when they're in effect.

Glendale Members have specific rules to follow.  

Waste

IGlendale Farm has a “pack-it-in, pack-it-out” program, visitors must carry out everything they bring in. Please use the trash cans to help keep the farm clean. Feel Free to throw your organic waste on our compost piles

Recycling is encouraged

Wildlife and grounds

Please do not harm wild plants or animals. Do not feed wildlife.  All wildlife, plants, farm buildings, signs, tables and other structures are protected; removal or damage of any kind is prohibited.

Hunting and shooting are not allowed on Glendale Farm

Horses and pets

Horses are allowed only in designated fields, equestrian trails or campgrounds. Please contact us in advance if you need to book a campsite that can facilitate horses, trailers, RV’s, or multiple vehicles

Pets are allowed but must be under physical control and on a leash around our chickens and livestock. Some fields are leased by farmers and do not allow Animals of leash, please check with us to find out which fields are animal playlands!

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Pets are not allowed inside vacation houses and RV’s but are permitted in designated roofed shelters, campsites, and rustic cabins

Smoking and alcoholic beverages

Smoking is not allowed inside vacation houses, yurts, cabins RV’s or other rustic structures.

Alcoholic beverages are only allowed in designated campground and picnic areas.

Fireworks are prohibited on all open lands and forested areas
